Over the past four years, The Educator's Network has worked diligently to provide teachers around the world with valuable resources in an attempt to help them save both time and money. This has been a largely self-funded endeavor.

We recently learned, however, that a grant would be made available to us to help expand our online resources. This will allow us to hire 3 part-time contract workers. We have decided to make these jobs available to any of our members who wish to apply, regardless of their geographic location. Salary: approximately $10,000 per person

Employment Status: You will be considered a part-time contractor

Requirements: Successful Applicants will need a computer, access to the internet, be highly motivated, able to research online, and have about 5-10 hours of worktime per week. Very little technical knowledge is required & work can be completely done from home.

Job Description:

A successful applicant will be hired on a contract basis to complete theme-based resource pages that will be accessed via our TeacherPlanet web site. The work involves researching, screening resources and creating a total of 200 pages. Each page that meets our requirements will be posted on our site and the contractor will receive $50 per theme page. Initial trials have shown that an acceptable theme page can be successfully created in a 2 to 3 hour time frame. Therefore, translated into an hourly wage, these positions will net our contractor between $15-$25 per hour.
